Yearly bonus & leave encashment
It is the policy of TEENMAX to provide an annual bonus to all eligible employees working in the TEENMAX facility.
TEENMAX provides annual leave to all eligible employee’s working in the TEENMAX facility
INCREMENT
Annual increment is granted to the employees according to their date of joining which is 10% of their salary or more depending on each year’s performance evaluation.
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
TEENMAX strongly believes that our employees are the biggest asset of the company. TEENMAX always makes sure that all the benefits are paid to its employees.
E.O.B.I POLICY
TEENMAX registers each and every employee with the E.O.B.I (Employee’s old age Benefit Institution). EOBI Department pays the pension to the retired employees after the completion of the minimum period as per EOBI law. TEENMAX pays a 6% contribution of the total salary.
GRATUITY POLICY
We have policy that each employee is given gratuity equivalent to one month’s salary (last drawn) for each completed service year at the end of his employment as labor law. In case of death of an employee gratuity is given to his/her legal heirs.
LIFE INSURANCE POLICY
As per the applicable law TEENMAX provides life insurances policy to all its work force. All the employees are ensured and registered with social security and labor office. In case of any death occurred the employees is paid by the company and labor office according to requirements.
